PDF Workflow

Run supported PDF actions in sequence on one document.

    How this tool works

    PDF Workflow: a practical guide

    Choose a comma-separated sequence from compress-pdf, rotate-pdf, page-numbers and pdf-metadata-remover. Each step receives the previous step’s actual PDF output.

    Steps to use this tool

    1. Select a PDF and list supported step identifiers.
    2. Run the local workflow in the entered order.
    3. Inspect every requested transformation in the final PDF.

    Tested example — 19 October 2026

    The sample chains rotation, page numbering and metadata removal; the final first page is rotated 90 degrees and the author metadata is absent.

    Selected sample: sample.pdf (2421 bytes, 2 pages).

    Measured output: sample-rotated-numbered-metadata-removed.pdf — 3020 bytes; 2 PDF pages.

    Sample settings:

    {
      "steps": [
        "rotate-pdf",
        "page-numbers",
        "pdf-metadata-remover"
      ]
    }
    The sample chains rotation, page numbering and metadata removal; the final first page is rotated 90 degrees and the author metadata is absent.
    Page 1 rendered from the actual automated sample PDF output; this is not a browser screenshot.

    Test environment: Node + native canvas + actual site-ui.js form integration in LinkeDOM Representative sample; inspect your own output.

    Check the result

    Inspect the effects of each requested step in the final document. A workflow that rotates, numbers and removes metadata should show all three results.

    Files and privacy

    The public tool processes selected documents in your browser. It does not send document bytes to a conversion server. The page and its bundled libraries still download from this website. Keep the original, use an up-to-date browser and inspect your output before sharing it. See the privacy policy for hosting and support information.

    If processing fails

    An unknown step identifier is rejected. Start with one supported action and add another only after its intermediate effect is understood.
