Every tool page describes inputs, output format, an example and known limitations. For text extraction failures, first check whether the source is a scan. For page-range errors, check the source page count.

Email digitacsolution@gmail.com with the tool URL, browser, input size and exact error. Use a non-sensitive sample if one is needed. There is no support form that pretends to send a message without a working backend.
