What kind of PDF are you working with?
A text PDF contains words that a reader can select. A scanned PDF may contain only pictures of pages. That difference determines whether text conversion will work or OCR is needed first.
Need to combine documents? Merge copies pages. Need to change a paragraph? Edit your original Word or design file when possible. Need to hide private information? Use redaction, inspect the output and keep a secure original.

Three checks before you share a PDF
1. Keep the source
Work on a copy. Page copying or conversion can change forms, bookmarks and signatures even when the pages look similar.
2. Review the output
Open the downloaded file. Check page order, readable text, totals, personal details and the output format.
3. Match the requirement
A visual signature is not certificate signing. An ordinary PDF is not automatically PDF/A. Use the process your recipient accepts.
Local document processing, explained
The public tools use JavaScript libraries downloaded from this website. Your selected document bytes stay in the browser during these operations. Your browser still contacts the website to load pages, fonts and libraries, and hosting providers can receive normal connection logs. Support emails and optional external links have their own data flows.
Local processing reduces the need to send documents to a conversion server. It does not make every file safe or guarantee that every browser can process a large document. Use an updated browser and an approved offline workflow for files subject to your organization’s security rules.
Guides that match the actual tools

- Understand structural compression and measured savings
- Recognize English and Hindi scans, then proofread the text
Questions before you start
Are these tools free?
Yes. The available public tools in this build do not require registration or payment. The access page explains the limits.
Will a PDF-to-Word conversion look identical?
This converter exports selectable text into an editable DOCX. It does not reconstruct source images or complex page layout. Use the original document for faithful editing.
Can I report a problem?
Use the contact page. Include the tool name, browser and error text. Do not email confidential source documents.
