Reorder PDF Pages: a practical guide
Copies page numbers in the supplied order. You can repeat a page, include a range or omit unwanted pages. Unlike a sorted range selector, this tool preserves your sequence.
Steps to use this tool
- Select a PDF.
- Enter the exact desired page sequence.
- Reorder and inspect transitions and repeated pages.
Tested example — 19 October 2026
The test sequence 2,1,2 preserves both the order and the duplicate page.
Selected sample: sample.pdf (2421 bytes, 2 pages).
Measured output: sample-organized.pdf — 2566 bytes; 3 PDF pages.

Check the result
Read the page transitions in the output, not just its thumbnail count. A sequence of 2,1,2 should end with the same source page with which it began.
Files and privacy
The public tool processes selected documents in your browser. It does not send document bytes to a conversion server. The page and its bundled libraries still download from this website. Keep the original, use an up-to-date browser and inspect your output before sharing it. See the privacy policy for hosting and support information.
If processing fails
A blank or invalid order should be corrected in the page sequence control. Check the document's real page count before entering numbers from printed page labels.
