How this tool works
Organize PDF: a practical guide
Copies page numbers in the supplied order. You can repeat a page, include a range or omit unwanted pages. Unlike a sorted range selector, this tool preserves your sequence.
Steps to use this tool
- Select a PDF.
- Enter a new page sequence, including intentional repetitions.
- Organize and verify each position in the new document.
Tested example — 19 October 2026
The sample sequence 2,1,2 produces three pages and preserves the repeated second page.
Selected sample: sample.pdf (2421 bytes, 2 pages).
Measured output: sample-organized.pdf — 2566 bytes; 3 PDF pages.
Sample settings:
{
"order": "2,1,2"
}
Test environment: Node + native canvas + actual site-ui.js form integration in LinkeDOM Representative sample; inspect your own output.
Check the result
Read the first words of each output page against your planned sequence. If you entered 2,1,2, the middle page should be the original first page.
Files and privacy
The public tool processes selected documents in your browser. It does not send document bytes to a conversion server. The page and its bundled libraries still download from this website. Keep the original, use an up-to-date browser and inspect your output before sharing it. See the privacy policy for hosting and support information.
If processing fails
An absent page number invalidates the whole sequence. Remove mistaken references rather than accepting a silently substituted page.
