How this tool works

Resume PDF Builder: a practical guide

Uses the name, contact details, summary and experience you enter. The output wraps onto additional pages as needed; no sample achievements are inserted.

Steps to use this tool

  1. Enter your real resume details.
  2. Format them as a PDF.
  3. Proofread experience, contact details and page flow.

Check the result

Read every bullet as a factual statement you can support. Check contact details and page breaks before sending the PDF to an employer.

Files and privacy

The public tool processes selected documents in your browser. It does not send document bytes to a conversion server. The page and its bundled libraries still download from this website. Keep the original, use an up-to-date browser and inspect your output before sharing it. See the privacy policy for hosting and support information.

If processing fails

Required personal text must be supplied instead of accepting a fabricated default. Shorten a very long section if it makes the resume harder to scan.

Implementation notes and sample evidence updated 2026-10-19. These notes describe the supported operation and its limits.

Check the local-processing claim in your browser’s Network panel.
