Excel to PDF: a practical guide
Reads the workbook and exports each sheet name and row. Cell values are separated by vertical bars; long lines wrap onto new PDF pages.
Steps to use this tool
- Select a supported spreadsheet.
- Choose Excel to PDF to export worksheet data.
- Compare report values with the original cells.

The sample report contains the Stock sheet's Haircut entry and its source value.
Selected sample: source.xlsx (15945 bytes).
Measured output: source.pdf — 6391 bytes; 1 PDF pages.
Test environment: Node + native canvas + actual site-ui.js form integration in LinkeDOM Representative sample; inspect your own output.
Check the result
Find a known worksheet label and cell value in the PDF. Compare wide rows against the original sheet because charts, merged-cell layout and print settings are not recreated.
Files and privacy
The public tool processes selected documents in your browser. It does not send document bytes to a conversion server. The page and its bundled libraries still download from this website. Keep the original, use an up-to-date browser and inspect your output before sharing it. See the privacy policy for hosting and support information.
If processing fails
A chart-only sheet cannot become a faithful printed report through text export. Use your spreadsheet application's PDF export when print areas, charts or complex page setup are essential.
