Do I need an account?
No. Available public tools are free and run without an account. Account and payment integrations are not required for the local document workflow.
Are selected files uploaded?
The repaired public tools do not upload document bytes. The browser still downloads pages and bundled dependencies from the site. Read the privacy policy for hosting, support email and legacy endpoint details.
Why does a conversion look different?
PDF text extraction and office text reflow do not reproduce every layout feature. PDF to PPT uses page images. Read the tool guide for exactly what it exports and inspect the result.
Why did a scan produce no text?
A scan may be only an image. Use OCR PDF to Text first. OCR is imperfect and needs proofreading, especially for amounts and names.
Is PDF/A conversion available?
No. It needs a compliant converter and validation. Translation also needs an external provider. These two routes are retained with clear availability notices.
How do I report an error?
Use the contact page and include the tool URL, browser, input size and error. Do not email a confidential document or its password.
